  • God’s promise to you is DIVINE SUFFICIENCY – not lack!

God wants to bring you out of your financial bondage—out of your worry, doubt, and fear—and into a new position of strength in your finances. Look to Him to be your source. Depend on Him to supernaturally provide in your life.

Within the Body of Christ, we need a fresh revelation of the divine sufficiency and abundance that God has made possible for us. We must make God our source of total supply, look to Him, depend on Him, and trust Him unreservedly to supernaturally provide all of our needs.

Jesus first commissioned His disciples and sent them on an evangelistic campaign to preach the Kingdom of God and heal the sick. He told them, … Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece (Luke 9:3).

He wanted them to learn to depend on God’s supernatural provision. He did not want them to trust in their own, limited resources, but to draw from God’s unlimited resources.

As they went from city to city, God supernaturally provided for all of their needs. They had nothing, but as they went in faith, there was a divine sufficiency. They did not lack anything! In this verse, Jesus asked them, … When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing (Luke 22:35).

You may be at a place in your finances where you have very little money and resources, and you do not know how you will be able to pay your bills or survive. You have a desire in your heart to give, but you feel bound because of your perceived lack.

God does not want you to be limited by what you don’t have; He wants to raise the level of your faith. He wants you to act in faith upon His promises. He wants you to continue to give, trusting and believing His promises.

Beloved, look to God as your source. Trust Him to meet your needs, as the disciples trusted Him to supernaturally meet their needs. God will multiply and bless whatever seed you may sow, that all of your needs are met, and you lack nothing!

Today is the day for you to stand up, without fear or hesitation, and take that step of faith, trusting in the Word of God, and not what your natural eyes can see. Where you see lack, God sees abundance. Begin to declare who you are in Christ and confess His promises regarding finances. Then, sow your seed in confidence in God, knowing that the Lord will reward your faith.

Say this faith declaration out loud: As I continue to ask in faith and act upon His promises, God will destroy my lack! I trust Him to multiply and bless the seed that I sow, and that all my needs will be met. I am the righteousness of God, and no weapon of lack formed against me shall prosper! I will sow seeds in the Kingdom of God in faith, and I will not consider the balance in my bank account. I will only look to God to supply all my needs.

Scripture Reading:

And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

Mark 4:24

 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

Luke 6:38

Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
