Today, many Christians believe that it is not necessary for them to go through trials and face adversities. They believe that if a Christian is facing adversities, afflictions, or fiery trials, it is because they do not have enough faith. They believe that if an individual has strong enough faith, he will not have to go through those trials, but will be able to use his faith to take authority over his circumstances.
They have it BACKWARDS! It is the fire that strengthens and builds our faith. Our faith is TESTED, TRIED, and PROVED through the fire.
Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
I Peter 1:6—7
Just as gold is placed in the fire to be tested and purified, our faith is put to the test in the fiery trials and afflictions that God allows to come into our lives. Our faith is tested in the circumstances of our lives.
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Mark 11:23
In the midst of your financial crises, your family relationships, unsaved children and loved ones, or in the midst of your sickness and disease, God will perform a miracle that will be the turning point in your life.
God has heard your cries and seen your tears. He has been mindful of your pain and suffering. Now it is time for you to rejoice! The very things that Satan tries to bring into our lives to defeat and discourage us — and use to accuse God and His Word — are the very things God is turning around for our good and using to strengthen and build our faith.
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
Roman 8:18
After you have done all, continue to stand. God will show up in your life. This is your time to receive a miracle that will turn your life around. We must face adversity and trials in the power of the Almighty God.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Ephesians 6:13
Your heavenly Father is calling you into a place of peace and rest. Your faith will guide you. He has provided a place of joy, peace, and safety for you in this time of need.
By faith, open your eyes and see the riches God wants you to have …
By faith, believe God is softening the hearts of your loved ones and bringing restoration into your home …
By faith, welcome a peace that transcends the natural mind and goes into the spiritual realm in every area of your life …
Say this faith declaration out loud: “In every need, every disease, every family problem, and every circumstance, God will lift my needs for Jesus to pray for me. God is faithful.”
