- (A Breakthrough) It Comes Down to My Faith ~ CBN News
Beloved, did you know that all truth is parallel? This is the breakthrough truth that the Lord spoke to me long ago, and I did not know what it meant. I asked for an explanation, and the Lord proceeded to describe how people supernaturally live in two worlds — the natural and the supernatural.
He revealed to me the meaning of Acts 1:8, which says, But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
He explained the concept of a breakthrough, describing it as “a sudden burst of advanced knowledge.” This is what I believe the disciples experienced in the Upper Room, as Jesus bestowed divine capability upon them.
And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
Matthew 10:1
This was a breakthrough moment for the disciples, as they received power that is forever known as “the commissioning of the twelve apostles.”
Beloved, we need the BREAKTHROUGH that comes with standing on the word of God! How is God using your life to build His Kingdom?
The first step is through spiritual breakthrough, and the ‘secret’ to spiritual breakthrough is prayer and fasting. Once you pray and fast, and your breakthrough comes upon you, a powerful, spiritual force will be released within the Body of Christ that will bring about the greatest manifestation of the power of God that the world has ever seen.
It is harvest time, and God is going to have a people of destiny.
God does not depend on anything we possess. However, God never calls or uses anyone without first giving them an experience. With every great breakthrough, God always leads you to take an outstanding step of faith.
To work the works of God, we need the same power that enabled the Early Church to reach the world. They had a unique characteristic, a unique ingredient. God gave them a breakthrough.
Beloved, this is your time to conquer every obstacle standing in your way and take dominion over your life, your circumstances, and your ministry. God will use your life as a vessel for signs and wonders!
Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
Acts 14:3
If you are to receive BREAKTHROUGH, you should fast and pray, asking God how He wants to use you to reach the nations for Christ. You will be amazed by the life-changing impartation and anointing that will come upon your life! God wants you to have the VICTORY so you can spread His Word.
Beloved, trust God for your breakthrough, today. Believe on Him to reveal how He will use you. Receive any divine capability that He may bestow upon you to add even greater value to His Kingdom. Allow the Holy Spirit to work through you to minister the Gospel to others, so that they may receive their breakthrough as well.
Say this faith declaration out loud: Lord God, thank You for Your breakthrough moments in my life. As I fast and pray, grant me a strategic, spiritual breakthrough that I may fulfill your great commission to … go and make disciples of all nations … (Matthew 28:19, NIV). Amen.
