Today, God has anointed us with His holy anointing oil … the Holy Spirit. He has poured out His Spirit upon us and sent the Holy Spirit to live within us.
This ANOINTING does not fluctuate or diminish … He remains within us. He is our COMFORTER … our PARACLETE One Who comes alongside us as our Advocate, Intercessor, Guide, Teacher, and Helper. Through Him, we have a CONTINUAL, INEXHAUSTIBLE SUPPLY of God’s supernatural power.
Through this anointing of His Spirit within us, we have been purified … made holy … consecrated and set apart for His service!
And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.
Isaiah 10:27
Through this anointing, we have the same power and authority as Jesus had, to do the same works, and even greater works!
Through this anointing, we have a DIVINE CAPABILITY, taking us beyond our human limitations to do the works of God, and fulfill His end-time plan!
Through this anointing within us, we have…
- BOLDNESS to proclaim the Gospel!
- BOLDNESS to face opposition and persecution!
- BOLDNESS to face the enemy and stand firm on the Word of God!
Through this anointing, we have REVELATION KNOWLEDGE! The Holy Spirit within us…
- TEACHES US ALL THINGS!
- REVEALS THE TRUTH!
- REVEALS THINGS TO COME!
Through this anointing, the supernatural gifts of the Spirit are manifested in our lives, as the Spirit directs, EMPOWERING and EQUIPPING us to accomplish the work He has called us to do!
- The Word of knowledge…
- Faith…
- Gifts of healing…
- Working of miracles…
- Prophecy…
- Discerning of spirits…
- Various kinds of tongues…
- Interpretation of tongues…
Through this anointing, Christ’s life is manifested in us and we are transformed into His image!
Through this anointing, we are fully equipped and empowered to wage war against Satan and his evil principalities, tear down his strongholds, and overcome every attack!
We are INVINCIBLE as long as we are walking under His anointing. No weapon … no work of the enemy can stop, hinder, defeat or destroy us!
