Trending News This Week:
- “Storm of a Lifetime” Threatens 10 Million People–ChristianHeadlines.com
- 64 Dead after Typhoon Hits China and Philippines–ChristianHeadlines.com
Over the past two weeks, devastating storms, typhoons, and massive flooding have threatened the lives of God’s people across the globe. Hurricane Florence posed unbelievable damage from wind, storm surges, an inland flooding along the Carolina coast of the United States, while Typhoon Mangkhut ripped through China after devastating the northern Philippines.
During these two storms, 12.5 million people were displaced from their homes. Severe weather conditions caused dangerous waters to demolish places previously not known for flooding, or where flooding has not been experienced for decades. Small streams turned into raging rivers of tremendous destructive force with little to no warning.
Are these immense phenomena of nature … or God preparing His people?
One of the most incredible truths that God has taught me in the past seventy—two years of ministry is that all truth is parallel. You have heard me teach on this over and over again because it is a key spiritual truth that unlocks the door to the spiritual world.
Man lives in two worlds: He lives in the natural world … and, he lives in the spiritual world. What is manifested in the natural world is a reflection of what is happening in the spirit world. ALL TRUTH IS PARALLEL!
SOMETHING IS HAPPENING IN THE SPIRITUAL WORLD UNLIKE ANYTHING YOU HAVE EVER SEEN!
God is about to unleash the spiritual parallel, the spiritual equivalent of this phenomenon known as Florence. There’s a spiritual tidal wave that is coming … a mighty, refreshing tidal wave of God’s power and glory that this world will be totally unprepared for. It will take the world by surprise … it will be without measure … it will be an unparalleled manifestation of God’s glory!
I would rather be alive today than any other time in all of history. I say this based not on what I have seen and experienced during more than seventy years of ministry, but because of what I see coming in the near future!
THIS RIVER WILL NOT FLOW IN A SPIRITUAL VOID!
… for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
Deuteronomy 31:5–6, NIV
God is looking right into your heart!
We have been given the responsibility … it is a privilege, but it is also a responsibility … to live during an age where we will see the consummation of many things. We are a distinct people, and there are no people like us!
Be on your guard [constantly alert], and watch and pray; for you do not know when the time will come. It is like a man [already] going on a journey; when he leaves home, he puts his servants in charge, each with his particular task, and he gives orders to the doorkeeper to be constantly alert and on watch.
Mark 13:33–34, AMPC
Therefore watch (give strict attention, be cautious and alert), for you do not know when the Master of the house is coming—in the evening, or at midnight, or at cockcrowing, or in the morning—[Watch, I say] lest He come suddenly and unexpectedly and find you asleep.
Mark 13:35–36, AMPC
It’s time for the Church of Jesus Christ to shake itself out of slumber!
Say this faith declaration out loud: I will continually pursue God. I will daily acknowledge Him as my source of provision, and develop a total dependence upon Him. I will remember His faithfulness and praise Him for all the blessings He has poured into my life.

I Samuel 16:7
Therefore watch (give strict attention, be cautious and alert), for you do not know when the Master of the house is coming–in the evening, or at midnight, or at cockcrowing, or in the morning–[Watch, I say] lest He come suddenly and unexpectedly and find you asleep.

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.
Romans 8:26-27, NIV
