Friend, God knew there would be times when you would feel discouraged … nowhere to turn … ready to give up. That is why He inspired the Apostle Paul to write this DON’T GIVE UP promise for you.
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. (Galatians 6:9)
THE PROMISE OF YOUR HARVEST IS SURE … YOUR SEASON IS COMING!
If you are discouraged … if you feel as though your answer is not on the way … God has established four unchanging, irreversible, and unalterable covenant promises of His abundant harvest of blessings when you understand and follow His instructions.
DON’T GIVE UP … THESE ARE YOUR 4 COVENANT PROMISES OF HARAVEST
1. YOUR PROMISE OF THE SEED: From the beginning of His creation, God established the eternal and immutable law of seedtime and harvest.
As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest … will never cease. (Genesis 8:22)
Once your God-given seed is planted and sown … God’s immutable promise is that harvest will come. Nothing in this world or outside of this world can break our Lord’s Covenant Promise. “In due season we shall reap …”
2. YOUR PROMISE OF THE SEASON: In Due Season You Shall Reap! To everything there is a season … a time to plant and a time to Harvest. (Ecclesiastes 3:2)
Timing is important! Your season to Harvest is on God’s timetable. God’s seasonal cycle of Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter in the natural demonstrates His supernatural promise to you that your “due season” is coming.
When the time for your harvest has come, things start working. Circumstances fall miraculously into line. People start doing their best to help you. It becomes obvious: Your faithful seed has done its work, and harvest time is here!
3. YOUR PROMISE OF FERTILE SOIL: RICH SOIL REAPS A RICH HARVEST!
There is no more profound teaching in God’s Word than Jesus teaching us how vital the soil is to seed planting. In Matthew 13, our Lord paints a vivid picture of the power of fertile soil.
But the seed that fell on good ground brought forth a harvest of a hundredfold, sixtyfold, and thirtyfold. (Matthew 13:8]
This is Jesus’ promise that, just as the gospel sown into receptive hearts leads to salvation, your seed sown into the fertile soil of Kingdom work produces an abundant harvest of blessings for you and for lost souls.
This year alone, your seeds planted in the rich soil of our ministry have helped present the message of salvation through Jesus Christ around the world with hundreds of thousands accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
STAKE YOUR CLAIM … If the devil tempts you to give up, stake your claim in the rich soil of our ministry. God’s unchanging promise is when you plant in rich fertile soil, you will reap a harvest of souls for the Kingdom and a harvest of blessings in your personal life.
4. YOUR PROMISE AS A FAITHFUL SEED-SOWER: God who rewards His Faithful Children.
His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. (Matthew 25:23)
When we are faithful over little things, God gives us greater things. When we are faithful in sowing seeds, we will reap God’s promise of an abundant harvest.
Friend, if the devil has been tempting you to give up, I am going to challenge you to hold onto these four PROMISES OF THE HARVEST, take a step of faith, and plant your faithful, SEED-SOWER gift into the rich soil of our ministry together.
